Grey's Therapy Room is committed to the safety of both our clients and the people working in our building. We are following the guidelines set out by the Government to keep everyone safe.
Please STAY HOME if you are feeling symptomatic: Fever, Sore throat, Runny nose, Have been exposed to infected people. Call early to cancel or reschedule appointment to avoid late fees.
If you are early, wait in your car. Give me a text to see if I'm available.
Ring the bell at the front door, your therapist will greet you at the door and will be masked for the duration of your visit.
We recommend using a bathroom before you visit so we can limit exposure of common areas in clinic.
You are welcome to bring your own mask to wear during your massage.
Please leave all jewellery at home where possible.
Hand sanitiser is available upon entry and in the massage room.
You will be asked to sight and agree to our conditions before massage that you have no symptoms and have not been in contact with anybody travelling or who has been exposed to coronavirus.

Gift Vouchers
Cannot be exchanged for cash. Must present GV on day of appointment as form of payment in any of these forms:
Mobile phone (digitally downloaded on your mobile phone)
Hard copy (Pre-printed vouchers)
Home printed PDF version from website shop sales.
For downloaded pdf vouchers, purchased from our website store, please include the order number on the PDF voucher as this is the unique, identifying voucher code (The order no confirms the online purchase of the voucher sales transaction)
Gift Voucher must be used within 4 months of voucher purchase.1st appointment/new client discount can not be claimed on Gift Vouchers.
Cancelation/Late Arrival/No Show
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hr before appointment.
We reserve the right to charge full price of appointment for late cancelation(less than 24hrs) or not showing for your appointment.
We do not take responsibility for wrong contact details given, that we use for reminder emails and text. Clients need to update their contact details if changed.
Termination of massage treatment
We provide professional therapeutic massage services and do not deliver any sexual services or sensual/tantra massages.
We reserve the right to terminate a massage appointment if any inappropriate language is used or sexual advances are made.
